It’s not obvious who Obama was waving to or whether or not he was wanting to send out a concept towards the Mongolian head -- as in speak towards the hand for the reason that the encounter doesn't desire to listen to it. Luckily, the photo op permitted extra photos to get snapped with no the exuberant gesture.
U.S. President Obama turned a set photo op on the United Nations Tuesday in to a photo flop when he tossed a wave within the hand, blocking Mongolian President Tsakhia Elbegdorj's encounter since the digital camera flashed.
